Returns and Cancelations
We do not accept returns on parts and accessories 30 days after the time of purchase. No credit will be allowed for items without prior authorization. All electrical items are non-returnable. Cancellation of special orders and the returning of defective items will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. All forklift and pallet jack sales are final.
